STEP 1. Choose the submission type below and add to cart:
$60 (US) Entry Fee (includes 4 images)
$15 (US) Extra Image Fee (no limit)
$30 (US) Student Entry Fee (includes 3 images)
$10 (US) Student Extra Image Fee (no limit)
$60 (US) Entry Fee - Documenting a Conservation Project*
STEP 2. If you wish to make a donation go to “Friends of ICPA" section, and add to cart.
STEP 3. Check cart contents to review your purchase before sending. If OK, Submit.
STEP 4. You will be taken through a checkout procedure. You can choose your PayPal account or credit card as your method of payment. This is a secure transaction through PayPal, If OK, hit the final “Submit” to pay.
STEP 5. This will trigger a receipt e-mail that will confirm your purchase and submission.
The receipt will contain an important Transaction ID number. Make note of this number.
STEP 6. Submit your JPEG images for Entry. Enter your last name followed by the transaction ID number into the subject line of your e-mail.
This will allow us to reference your payment of Submission. Attach correctly named and formatted images and send.**
E-mail images to submissions@icpawards.com.
ICPA will gather all images and present these to our judges for review.
If you have been chosen as a finalist, you will be notified by e-mail. This e-mail will give further instruction as to how to submit your High-Resolution Image for print output.
*Special category Documenting a Conservation Project may provide up to 6 images for the $60 (US) entry fee.

By submitting materials and fees to the ICP Awards, entrant affirms that the photograph(s) provided was/were taken by said entrant and that entrant has full rights to entering photograph(s) in this invitational. Upon notification to selected photographes/entrants, entrants will agree that selected photographs may be used by ICP Awards in related exhibition(s) and via all communications channels including the right to use for any/all promotional and educational purposes related to the ICP Awards, its prizes and sponsorships. Any photographs chosen will be given full photo-credits.
